11. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs or deduct these from any refund issued.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY (UK)
12. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the cancellation period expires.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
16. Refunds

We may deduct an amount from the refund if the goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature or condition.
