Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered at the same time;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by email: support@ironvalley-wear.com.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods,
    whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days later and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
